Maria is one of the original founders of Dotcom Distribution, and has played an integral role in developing and defining all aspects of the fulfillment operation, including sales,marketing, operations, finance and IT. Maria keeps her eye on the big picture, while at the same time making sure all of the details are cared for by Dotcom’s world class management team. Dotcom handles client’s distribution seamlessly, so that our clients can use all of their energy to focus on building their brand. Dotcom boasts a spotless, flexible, secure warehouse packed with technology and capable of scaling up and down by 30x or more to handle seasonality and sales with accuracy rate that soars above 99%. Innovations like Flash Dock shaves days off delivery when it matters most. In her current role as CEO, she is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board and senior management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Maria has developed the systemic and procedural infrastructure necessary to provide timely and accurate analysis of all aspects of the operations, including real time reporting on order fulfillment and all aspects of the supply chain to help management and clients in perform their responsibilities. She works closely with her senior management team to enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation. During her tenure at the Company she has developed an environment of continual improvement throughout the operation through education of department managers on the relationship of process improvement and the financial issues impacting their budgets. Prior to founding Dotcom, Maria began her career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen and was the CFO of GoodTimes Home Video.
